SLOW Burn uses the United States mail
for ground delivery to the lower 48
states, and UPS for expedited delivery.
We insure all packages. Please allow
6-10 business days for ground delivery.
We guarantee expedited shipping at all
times (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air).
Orders received before 11am will be
shipped the day they are received. SLOW
Burn ships Monday - Friday on all business
days. UPS delivers Monday - Friday.

Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses

shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and military
addresses. A table listing rates can

to be sent to Alaska, Hawaii or a military
address, SLOW Burn will contact you
by email within 24 hours after we receive
your order to verify the correct shipping

Canada
Shipments to Canada are mailed either
using Airmail Parcel Post ($17.85; 4
to 10 days) or Global Express Mail ($22.75;
3 to 5 days.) For more information,

Please note that Canada imposes an
agricultural processing fee on all food
products and this is not included in
the shipping costs quoted above. If
you are ordering products to be sent
to Canada, SLOW Burn will contact you
by email within 24 hours after we receive
your order to verify the correct shipping

All Other Overseas Addresses
Whenever possible, SLOW Burn uses Global
Priority Mail (through the U.S. Postal
Service) to deliver packages overseas.

within 24 hours after we receive your

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final.
Merchandise may be returned only with an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization.) Please email info@slowburning.com
for authorization. In the event that authorization is approved, please be aware that a restocking fee will be applied to all returned items in the amount of 10% of the item's price plus actual shipping charges (even when the shipping costs are assumed by SLOW Burn.)
