"No, seriously, I'll show you," said Bad Daddy, and he strode out into the night. And the next night returned carrying a ball jar with a slick label that said Bad Daddy's Diablo.

Folks, we have got to tell you that Bad Daddy's Diablo was simply the best sweet and spicy Kentucky/Tennessee-style sauce we'd ever tried. And it's made right here in Monterey!

Diablo and Deluxe share the same flavor profile only the first uses habaneros for a moderate kick while the second substitutes jalapenos.
